SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed and ready to be dispatched within 2-4 business days*. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing high volume of orders especially during sale periods or the festive season, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPMENT RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Domestic (Singapore): We offer flat rate courier shipping of SGD$3.99 per order with no minimum purchase amount. This shipping option is with QXpress unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery time is between 2-5 working days*.
Malaysia: We offer competitive courier shipping rates starting from RM11. Please enter your address at check out to get a shipping estimate. This shipping option is with QXpress unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery time is between 5-8 working days* depending on location.
United Kingdom: Free Courier Shipping within the UK
Australia: Free Courier Shipping for orders above AUD70. For orders below AUD70, please enter your address at check out to get a shipping estimate.
International: Please enter your address at check out to get a shipping estimate. Please note that prices do not include taxes and duties imposed by the destination country (if applicable).
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Kintsukuroi Studio is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the recipient (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) if applicable once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Kintsukuroi Studio takes care and precision in the packing process of every product, and is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
